What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment — without judgment. It helps you notice when your mind wanders, and gently bring your attention back to what’s here and now.
What is MBSR?
Developed in 1979 by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts, MBSR blends mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, and awareness practices to help you respond more skillfully to stress, pain, and difficult emotions.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll explore breathing practices, body scans, mindful yoga, and more — building a toolkit you can use for life.

One full-day Mindfulness Retreat (in person recommended, virtual option available)

- Location: Virtual via Zoom (Day of Mindfulness also available in person)

- Recordings: Available for all participants if a session is missed
