Step into Silence, Chester County, PA
May 1-3, 2026
3-day, 2-night silent retreat set on a 52-acre nature sanctuary in Chester County, PA. Includes locally prepared in-season vegetarian meals, mindful trail hikes and walks among the gardens, orchards and wildflowers, greenhouse creative expression activity, journaling, mindful yoga, poetry readings, qi gong on the lawn, sound bath and guided meditations.

Step into Silence, Sea Isle City, NJ

A restorative silent retreat by the ocean. Experience a weekend of mindful beach walks, swimming, journaling, mindful yoga, poetry readings, qi gong, a sound bath and guided meditations. Situated one-block from a quiet stretch of the shore in a serene 6-bedroom home, you will enjoy simple, in-season vegetarian meals, your own ensuite room, and time to reflect, rest and nourish yourself.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 8-week Course
Learn how to manage stress and stay present with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. This eight-week program teaches practical meditation, mindful movement, and breathing techniques you can use every day. Classes are held weekly on Zoom with guided support.
