A personalized service that helps individuals integrate mindfulness techniques into their daily lives. Informed by Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program, our private coaching sessions offer customized guidance and support to help each participant develop a consistent practice, manage stress, and achieve greater awareness of the present moment.

Step 1
Your Vision
Clarify motivations, intentions, timeline and goals for the mindfulness coaching engagement.
Step 2
Create a Plan
Tailor-design practices based on the participant’s unique experience, schedule and vision, such as but not limited to:
- Grounding activities to do anytime anywhere to “return” to the present moment
- Body scan meditation
- Sitting meditation
- Walking meditation
- Breathing exercises
- Mindfulness of daily/routine activities
- Mindful /nonviolent communication practices for work and home
- Mindful eating
- Mindful movement
- Creative expression activities
- Sound baths
- Contemplative practices
- Community-based practices/activities
Step 3
Accountability and Support
Regular sessions provide structure and encouragement to help participants stay consistent with their practice, recognize insights, and notice shifts in thinking patterns, habits, relationships and sense of well-being.
