Kim has spent over twenty years in the cross-cultural field, developing markets and providing cross-cultural coaching and consulting to individuals, teams and organizations. She is the co-owner and operator of a small commercial real estate company and has worked for both profit and nonprofit organizations. She served as Chief Administrative Officer for Nonviolent Peaceforce, an organization committed to promoting and developing unarmed civilian peacekeeping in areas of violent conflict around the world. She was the National Sales Director for Window on the World/FGI in the US, where she worked closely with global corporations to design cross-cultural solutions and trauma support for their international workforces. She has started three businesses and has provided micro-enterprise consulting for WomenVenture, which was founded to help women increase their economic independence. Kim is a certified Bikram yoga instructor and leads international yoga journeys with Mondoverde Expeditions, an organization interested in building respectful travel exchanges. She currently serves as the Member of the Board of Directors of CameroonFDP, dedicated to leveraging soccer as a sustainable platform for promoting health and social development among West African youth. Kim has a Master of Liberal Studies: Focus on the Impact of Religion on Cultural Values from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Marketing from the University of Colorado.
