Brian Szepkouski specializes in cross-cultural communications, international executive development and strategic planning for global business expansion. He serves as an adviser to corporations and law firms on issues pertaining to intercultural management, international human resource practices and internal training curricula.
Mr. Szepkouski has published articles in both English and Japanese about managing cultural differences and speaks on emerging trends in Asia. His book, entitled Business Passport to Japan, is a business traveler’s guide for succeeding in 21st Century Japan.
Mr. Szepkouski holds an M.A. in International Education and Human Resource Development from George Washington University and a B.A. in Foreign Languages from the University of Redlands, Calif. He is certified in Social Styles by Tracom; Certified Coach, by CTAA. He is fluent in Japanese.
